Tom Coogan has been a Registered Tax Agent for over 40 years and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia having held a practising certificate with the Institute for over 35 years. As a practice Principal, Tom focused on business services and development, compliance and governance for small to medium enterprises, including small cap listed public companies, unlisted public companies and incorporated associations.

Murray has over 35 years of diverse national and international business experience. He commenced his career in Perth with a firm of Chartered Accountants before moving into a broad range of commercial and financial reporting positions with two major USA based mining companies. He founded the Australian and international retailer, Retail Food Group and developed their presence in seven overseas countries. He has maintained operating and board positions within a range of financial services, mining, commercial, environmental, academic, government, sporting businesses and organisations.

Lauren is a lawyer by trade, with more than 15 years working in legal, governance and compliance-related roles in the public sector and statutory bodies. Lauren joins HealthWork International as General Manager – HealthWork Solutions Pty Ltd: supporting new clients to identify their needs and build robust governance and other frameworks to ensure sustainable, ongoing operations and enhance their reputations.

Dr Carlton has worked in various direct service, policy and regulatory reform roles, in Australian state health and human services departments. She has helped establish the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) and the 15 National Boards. Dr Carlton has worked on a range of international health workforce regulation projects, and holds visiting fellowships with RMIT University, Western Sydney University and Southern Cross University.

Olivia is an allied health researcher and educator. She is the manager of Western Alliance Academic Health Science Centre’s Regional Research Capacity Building Program. She also holds an Adjunct Research Associate position with the Monash Centre for Scholarship in Health Education. She is a qualified podiatrist, credentialed diabetes educator, and an early career researcher, having completed her PhD in 2018.
