Passionate about taking Australian innovation to the next level is the driving force behind Allan & Digital Infratech, a vertically integrated Brisbane based platform creating long term, well paid sustainable careers for Australians across a number of industries including Information Technology, Data, Health, Manufacturing, Demographics & Property.

Susan Nancarrow
CEO & Founder
Susan is an allied health professional, health services researcher, recovering academic and aspiring entrepreneur. She brings more than twenty years of international health services research, expertise and analysis to HealthWork International where she is driving innovative ways of understanding and shaping the health workforce to better meet the needs of the 21 st century.

Tom Coogan
CFO
Tom Coogan has been a Registered Tax Agent for over 40 years and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia having held a practising certificate with the Institute for over 35 years. As a practice Principal, Tom focused on business services and development, compliance and governance for small to medium enterprises, including small cap listed public companies, unlisted public companies and incorporated associations.

Murray d’Almeida
COB
Murray has over 35 years of diverse national and international business experience. He commenced his career in Perth with a firm of Chartered Accountants before moving into a broad range of commercial and financial reporting positions with two major USA based mining companies. He founded the Australian and international retailer, Retail Food Group and developed their presence in seven overseas countries. He has maintained operating and board positions within a range of financial services, mining, commercial, environmental, academic, government, sporting businesses and organisations.

Lauren Schneider
General Manager
Lauren is a lawyer by trade, with more than 15 years working in legal, governance and compliance-related roles in the public sector and statutory bodies. Lauren joins HealthWork International as General Manager – HealthWork Solutions Pty Ltd: supporting new clients to identify their needs and build robust governance and other frameworks to ensure sustainable, ongoing operations and enhance their reputations.

Dr Anne-Louise Carlton
Senior Policy Advisor
Dr Carlton has worked in various direct service, policy and regulatory reform roles, in Australian state health and human services departments. She has helped establish the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) and the 15 National Boards. Dr Carlton has worked on a range of international health workforce regulation projects, and holds visiting fellowships with RMIT University, Western Sydney University and Southern Cross University.

Dermot Clarke
Editor
Dermot is a journalist, SEO specialist, and digital content marketer focusing on health and B2B communications. He has created and executed a range of engagement and SEO strategies for organisations spanning the health, medical, employment, property, and retail sectors. Dermot’s previous work with medical employment and medical specialist clients has afforded him the requisite scope for developing and targeting health messaging across digital platforms.

Kegan Barlow

Kegan brings twenty years of diverse experiences across health and higher education sectors. She has worked in regional university settings providing academic health research and grant support, and curriculum accreditation support. Kegan combines her varied professional experience with a passion for writing, which she cultivated through creative writing and education degrees.

Gary Morgan is an experienced company director, chairman and chief executive of companies in a wide range of industry sectors operating in the private, not-for-profit and research sectors. With proven results, he has over 25 years’ of corporate advisory, strategy, innovation and scaleup experience in the health tech, aged care, agtech, information security, and research sectors to drive new business growth through transformation, with a major focus on new and emerging digital technologies.

Jackie Wallin
Project Manager
Jackie is a passionate yoga and dance teacher, entrepreneur, and administrator. With over twenty-five years of executive administration, event/program coordination and project management experience, Jackie now coordinates program offerings for The Allied Health Academy. Ensuring our quality programs support allied health entrepreneurs to grow and shine.

Josh Horsley
Data Analyst
Josh is a statistician with over 5 years of experience with a focus on environmental epidemiology and has worked in academia and business. With advanced theoretical understanding and analytical skills, he designs, implements, and effectively communicates data-driven insights and answers to research questions across a range of methodologies and contexts.

Dr Olivia King
Senior Consultant
Olivia is an allied health researcher and educator. She is the manager of Western Alliance Academic Health Science Centre’s Regional Research Capacity Building Program. She also holds an Adjunct Research Associate position with the Monash Centre for Scholarship in Health Education. She is a qualified podiatrist, credentialed diabetes educator, and an early career researcher, having completed her PhD in 2018.

Michael Bolton
Data & Insights Analyst
After almost 30 years working with the Australian Government, primarily in procurement, debt collection analytics and contract / relationship management, Michael is now applying his well developed data analysis and modelling skills at HealthWork International. Michael is passionate about the use of data to drive greater understanding of individual and community behaviour, and consequently inform smarter decision making for businesses.
