HealthWork Mapping, a wholly owned subsidiary of HealthWork International (HWI), has launched its workforce planning website. HWI Susan Nancarrow stated “Our geospatial mapping tool allows us to draw on statistical data to drive an analysis of allied health workforce demands which can be overlayed with workforce supply data provided by professional bodies. The completed tool gives a useful visual representation to help workforce planners make more accurate decisions to guide workforce planning and development”. HealthWork Mapping will work in collaboration with AHP Workforce to provide assistance to Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) to assist with workforce planning for members of SPA.
